Complaints and Refunds

Before immediate digital delivery, buyers expressly request performance and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right once downloading begins, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Refunds may be provided for a proven defective, non-functional, misleadingly described or undelivered product, duplicate payment, or where required by law. Contact support first and include evidence of the issue.

Approved refunds return Lajkto credits, may remove download access and revoke the licence key.
