PersonaOne Hosted Website Rental Agreement

Provider: Jiří Holý / FussyCraft. The user orders time-limited hosting and operation of an individual PersonaOne copy on Lajkto infrastructure.

Service

After payment the provider creates an installation at lajkto.eu/chosen-path and grants administration access. 2 GB is included.

Price

The base price is 199,00 Kč per prepaid month. Each extra GB costs 25,00 Kč per month. The CZK price is converted to Lajkto credits at the rate locked for the transaction. Auto-renewal runs only when expressly enabled and sufficient credit is available.

Domain

A custom-domain request is quoted separately. Registration and DNS are not complete until actually confirmed by the provider or registrar.

Content and capacity

The user is responsible for content, rights, privacy and legal notices. Malware and unlawful use are prohibited. When the quota is exceeded, further writes may be blocked and continued excess may suspend the service.

Expiry

After non-payment a 7-day grace period applies, followed by suspension. Data are not deleted immediately and may be archived after at least 30 days, subject to notice and mandatory law.

Consumer rights

The user expressly requests service commencement before the withdrawal period expires. Statutory conformity, defect and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Electronic conclusion

Consent, typed name and electronic signature are recorded with account, timestamp, IP, version and SHA-256 document hash. The agreement becomes effective upon payment and system countersignature.
