Marketplace Terms of Use

These terms govern purchases and sales of digital products on Lajkto Market. For items marked as direct sales, the seller is Jiří Holý / FussyCraft. For third-party items, the displayed verified trader is the seller and Lajkto operates the marketplace and payment intermediation.

Accounts and payments

Purchases use the same Lajkto credit balance as Lajkto Music. Users are responsible for account security and order accuracy.

Digital content

Downloads and licence keys are made available immediately after payment. The selected variant and author documentation define the licence scope.

Listing ranking

Default order considers manually featured items, sales and recency. Search additionally considers matches in title, description and features. Users may sort by newest, bestselling, rating or price. The base version contains no paid ranking advantage.

Taxes and platform status

Sellers handle their own income tax and provide accurate tax information. This does not remove duties imposed directly on the platform, including VAT, consumer, accounting, trader-verification or reporting obligations.

Prohibited content

Malware, unauthorised copies, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful content and misleading listings are prohibited.

Liability

The platform performs reasonable seller and product checks, but third-party sellers remain responsible for their products, rights, support and taxes. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
